Returns

Heart Of Hair return policy expires 30 days from purchase date, unless the order is a preorder and then it expires 30 days from when you receive your delivery. After these dates we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Cost of returning your item to Aroma Pot Candles is at your cost.

Damaged Goods

If any of our items arrive damaged, we ask that you send an email to heartofhair1@gmail.com quoting your order number plus photographic proof of the damage. You do not need to return the damaged items.

Other Non-refundable Items

To complete a return on a gift card we require a receipt to show proof of purchase. Please email this to heartofhair1@gmail.com along with your order number. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved we will process a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note there is often a processing time before a refund is authorised by your bank. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are valid for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
